These Terms of Use ("Terms") define how the app can be used and the obligations of each party.
By using Ping, you accept these Terms without reservation.
1. About the app
Ping is a simple reminder tool designed to help users capture intentions and act at the right time.
It includes fast reminder creation, reliable notifications, and actions directly from notifications.
The app is published by PrepaHub.

2. Services
Ping lets you:
- sync reminders in real time across devices.
- act from notifications (done or ignore),
- receive notifications at the chosen moment,
- create reminders with a text and date/time,
The service is provided as-is for personal use.
The app intentionally stays minimal (no project management, collaboration, or complex lists).
3. Access
To use the app:
- some features may require creating an account (Google, Apple, or email).
- internet access is required for sync and reliable notification delivery,
Full access to all features may require an active subscription, depending on the plan offered.
4. Subscriptions & payments
The app may offer paid plans, for example:
- annual subscription.
- monthly subscription,
Payments are handled exclusively by the stores (App Store / Play Store).
Ping does not store or process your banking details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store / Play Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
Refunds are handled by the store; the publisher cannot issue refunds directly.
5. User responsibilities
By using the app, you agree to:
- not disrupt the service.
- provide accurate information when creating an account,
- use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes,
- not attempt to bypass protections or access content unlawfully,
Abuse may result in account suspension or deletion.
6. Publisher responsibilities
The publisher aims to:
- protect personal data in line with applicable regulations.
- fix issues within a reasonable timeframe,
- provide a service consistent with its description,
However, the publisher is not responsible for:
- errors or delays in notifications.
- data loss caused by external issues,
- temporary interruptions (maintenance, updates, network incidents),

All app content (texts, interface, logos, code) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or exploitation without permission is prohibited.

Data is hosted on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Europe.
10. Changes to these Terms
The publisher may update these Terms at any time.
Any change will be published on this page and applies upon publication.

11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before legal action.
