  1. Reinstall the app (your data should remain available when you sign in again)
  2. Update the app to the latest version
  3. Restart your device

  • You have an active internet connection
  • Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is not blocking notifications
  • Notifications are enabled for Ping in your device settings

  • Sync reminders in real time across devices
  • Act from the notification (done or ignore)
  • Receive a notification at the chosen moment
  • Create a reminder (text + date/time)

Yes — reminders sync in real time across devices signed into the same account.

Make sure you're using the same account everywhere.

You can create reminders offline, but they'll sync once you're back online.

Notifications require connectivity to be delivered reliably.
