Welcome to Zesty. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. About Zesty

Zesty is a mobile application designed to support you in rebalancing your diet. By photographing your meals, you receive a nutrition estimate and tracking of your intake against your daily goals.

Our goal: to help you eat better, without the guilt.

2. Access to the application

Access to Zesty is through secure authentication with your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for the security and use of your account.

Zesty offers a freemium model:

Advanced features available through a subscription (see details in the app)
A free version with core features

3. Data we collect

When you use Zesty, we may collect certain personal data such as:

Technical data to ensure the app works properly
Automatically generated nutrition data
Photos of your meals
Age, sex, weight, height, allergies, dietary restrictions, physical condition (if you choose to provide them)

We use several trusted partners to offer you the best experience:

OpenAI to analyze your meal photos and generate personalized nutrition programs. Images and data sent to OpenAI are processed only to provide the app's features and are not used for other purposes.
AWS (Amazon Web Services) for secure hosting of your data.
Amplitude to analyze app usage and improve your experience. The data collected is technical and does not directly identify you.
RevenueCat to manage your subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat collects certain transaction-related information (e.g. user ID, subscription status).

Your data is stored securely. We never sell your information. Technical partners use your data only in the scope of their mission, under our control.

You can use the app without providing certain personal data, but some features may be limited.

4. Sharing information with Apple and Google

By using Zesty and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing certain information about your use and consumption of purchased content with Apple and Google.

This may include details on access to and interaction with premium features.

Data is shared only to facilitate refund requests, in line with Apple and Google policies, and only to the extent necessary to evaluate your request.

We are committed to ensuring these exchanges are secure and respectful of your privacy.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the application, including the name Zesty, the logo, the interface, texts, images, and analysis algorithms, is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Zesty provides nutrition estimates based on automated models. This data is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. For personalized recommendations, consult a health professional.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time. In case of a significant change, you will be notified in the app. Continued use of Zesty constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
